SEE Program

Background

The Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program, formerly known as LLNP, has operated since January 2002.

The program is funded by the federal Department of Education and Training and is delivered nationally by Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).

Eligible job seekers can receive up to 800 hours of free accredited training through the SEE program. Training is delivered flexibly through full-time or part-time hours (10-25 hours per week) and can also include a work experience component.

Program objectives

The Program seeks to improve clients’ language, literacy and/or numeracy to enable them to participate more effectively in training or in the labour force.
